Mark D. Johnson

Mark D. Johnson is the Managing Director of Johnson Law Group and has been practicing law for approximately 20 years. Mr. Johnson crafted the firm with his unparalleled knowledge of criminal law, the finest attorneys in central Illinois and with the insistence that quality of service would be at the nucleus of the organization. Mr. Johnson has defended clients facing serious charges, including: multiple murder cases, serious drug cases, multi-million dollar fraud cases, aggravated sex offenses, etc. Mr. Johnson has earned the respect of judges, prosecutors and State and Federal authorities as an aggressive attorney who is not afraid to issue a bold challenge. Prior to founding Johnson Law Group, Mr. Johnson held a number of important positions including being a police officer, a county prosecutor, an Assistant State’s Attorney and an Assistant Attorney General. Mr. Johnson has served as counsel for various Illinois Municipalities and is currently an Arbitrator for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.
